Comparison in Numbers

For comparison, we will be using a leading liquid detergent brand—which like our Mundo pack—can wash up to 32 loads. A bottle of liquid detergent has these specifications:

(9.3 x 16.1 x 25.2) and weighs 1.3Kg; while Mundo boxes are (14 x 2 x 17) and weighs 0.093KG.

Based on these dimensions, a cargo van would theoretically be able to fit a total of 1550 bottles of liquid detergent. However, the maximum load capacity only allows up to 1220 bottles.

Using that same van, it is possible to fit 14,016 boxes of Mundo Eco-detergent laundry sheets. Packing it to capacity with our 32-load Mundo sheets, the total weight is about 1303.5KG, which is well under the maximum load capacity of the van.

Thus, 1 van transporting Mundo sheets carries the equivalent of 11.49 vans transporting liquid detergent bottles.

The van in our comparison has a max fuel capacity of 25 gallons, or roughly 94.6 litre fuel tank. Compared to liquid detergents, transporting Mundo sheets would equate to fuel savings of an estimated 1,087.2 litres per trip! (92% fuel savings)
