Refund Policy

Please contact us at hello@mundo.sg for any return requests and inquiries.

Do include your order number, name, and reason for the return in your email with the subject head: “Returns”. 

 

We accept return requests for any unopened or defective products within 15 days, no questions asked. We will also consider other reasons for returns within the 15-day period, so long as there is a valid reason for the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds generally take 7-14 business days to process from when we receive the returned product(s), but times may vary.
